Buyers are not aware of Terms and Conditions applicable of your Return Policy. And kindly check how your Customer Support Blames Seller for this. Also informs us to not to call to Buyer.
When complaint about this issue to Seller Support we got this response which is making us learn about Amazon 30 Days Return Policy.
We don't give rights to Amazon to mislead buyers against us or our Brand.
Is this the buyer and seller experiences on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.?

We raised this issue with Seller Support who apologized on phone and raised query to inform Customer Support Team about this issue But we are responded with link to Amazon Return Policy for our Category and diverting the real issue. Also they tell us to inform the buyer about Return Policy which we have already done.

Do we give rights to Amazon India to mislead buyer against Seller and Brand?

Are we becoming a mute spectator who is allowing them to exploit us to benefit their Own CloudTail?

The way Amazon is treating sellers is like We chose our child to send to school and if their staff abuses our child don't raise our concern with school authorities but run away and change the School.

It is high time Amazon takes responsibilities of Being a Big Marketplace all over the world.

Even I agree with you.
Recently it happen with my friend.
He displayed more quantity and amazon take 10-12 piece (approx.  but not more than 20) to keep in there warehouse at free of cost for few month, and  2 products was sold and 1 return and amazon charges -620 to him at the end. Basically no profit, no equal only loss. So he told them to return all the products which they was holding.
This is totally unfair.
