Case closed without seller resolution

Hello team
New dashboard has launched 2 months back but it has some flaws.
Many of seller must be seeing few cases closed without seller's resolution

Common case which ebay is counting is RTO orders, which is unfair.

Order comes under powership, we ship it buyer opens claim " item not received", later powership courier mark it as Return to origin as address is incorrect, and ebay approves claim, now in whole situation seller has 0 fault in this. still ebay marking it as "Case closed without seller's resolution"

I have highlighted this matter to eBay team several times and everytime i get to hear that this will be solved by 20th May. Hope it does. Looking at their old records, i do not expect eBay to act on this and this is going to make me a below standard seller

Who says ebay does not solve the problem ,its just that they are a bit slow ,i mean it depends on the problem ,they can solve that in 30 days or 365 days ,some may even take upto 2 years  Tongue
