Customer Returns
Flipkart have to add more options in Return reason menu like amazon & Snapdeal, otherwise it will affect more sellers in future. Customer have quality issue but they are selecting misshipment and comments about quality issues its not good for us as a seller.

May be reason to write here I find AIOVA will convince Flipkart for this.
We have already raised this issue to Flipkart.
Yes they are constantly tagging wrongly and making our account pending.
Yes because of wrong returns tag account is getting pending

kindly take a snap of reason and comment given by the customer... and claim spf .... u wil get ur amount ( full amount)
@kidsworldco even after claiming spf, fk is calculating this metrics during calculation of misshipment and making the account pending

so it means customer can do anything and sellers (genuine) cant do anything

in this case of MISSHIPMENT .... i think the AIOVA should do something and they should talk to flipkart .... and has to solve this problm... this is causing loss to every seller ... ( i m also )

This is the work of organisation to work for sellers ......
