Ebay denied excess weight claim
#1
Hi all,
I am continuously following up with ebay for refund of excess shipping charges but they refuse to refund without giving proper justification. Product weight less than 100gm charges for 1kg or more.
Even I spoken with the blue dart logiatic team they says now they don't entered weight while connecting the shipment. It happens automatically at ebay system.

Can anybody share the details of ebay higher ups who can help in resolving the claim and getting refund.

Thx

How do you identify the excess shipping at a shot? Only way i saw was to check each order manually.

Amazon to eBay arbitrage is much more attractive for most common people.

There is an ongoing issue with Bluedart in eBay powership from last 7 months. Bluedart has moved its Ecom logistics operation to ASSPL and ASSPlL is processing eBay pick-ups for Bluedart and there systems are not integrated with Bluedarts. Hence the issue. ASSPL is also the company which handle ATS (For Amazon). They are known for charging excess weight. Call eBay powership or your eBay account manager and switch your shipping priority from Bluedart to Fedex for prepaid and COD orders. Fedex charges are less and service is reliable. I have done the same last months since then not even a single case of excess charge.

Can you please explain how ASSPL and Bluedart are related and what do you mean by "Bluedart has moved its Ecom logistics operation to ASSPL and ASSPlL is processing eBay pick-ups for Bluedart". TY
