Flipkart Mis-shipment Returns

Hello, Friends we observed that many of our customer returns from flipkart are misshipment. But when we check 99% of them were dispatched correctly. Flipkart is deducting huge money for mis-shipment while they are not actually. They are looting with unspecified reasons. what should we do? pls guide

There's a definitely a possibility of discouraging small Sellers to refrain from Selling on Marketplaces no bar all are following the mantra since new FDI policy is underway. The reason why..?
They can show to the Govt. That Sellers are compromised in Dispatch of Goods Faulty Products fake products etc.etc...so ..Their Cloudtails,WS.Retail..etc and some big Sellers or those who in which they have indirect stakes and are feverable to them can get the Maximum share of business...so it's algorithms. To kick us out some or other way...please try to understand their Hidden strategy...

Yes, they do not even agree on the SPF claim and revert that Flipkart is a Buyer obsessive organisation. So they would accept whatever buyer say and don't trust the sellers. This is really a bad face of Marketplace.
