Flipkart Opening Balance ZERO in September
Hello all,

In payments tab of flipkart when we click statement and generate statement for the month of September, its showing opening balance as ZERO.

When I checked in August statement there was closing balance but its not taken forward as opening balance in September.

I raised ticket to seller support on 23rd of December but still no answer, all I got Reply is :

This e-mail is regarding the issue regarding: Mp Fee Overcharged.

We acknowledge your concern and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that this issue is taking a little longer than expected. We are continuously working on the same. We will revert back to you once we get an update regarding the same.

Your patience and understanding is appreciated."

kindly mail to grievance team for the same with the incident id of ss ....

they wil resolve but they wil take time but ur payment wil come

Anyone have any update on this?

Apparently, the previous month's balance that is supposed to be carried forward to the next has still not been reimbursed back to our account.

We have been following up with SS non-stop with no real luck.

Any suggestion or method of getting this expedited shall help.

You should contact service providers who take care for these issues there are many in the market
Choose wise as all are not upto the mark
