Matters to be Highlighted
Please give a list of the matters which need to be highlighted to Snapdeals authorities

We need to Highlight the Return Process and ratings process or else all will stop selling on Snapdeal.
Return claims process has to be simplified these guys have become a pain and think that we sellers are frauds.
Incorrect shipping charges

Return claim process is tedious, it seems its just for name sake, courier partners like dotzot, denying remarks on pod, so policy. Ia different for sellers and different for courier partners

Weight issue - i am a seller of bed-sheets SD has charged Rs. 286/- as a logistics of 1 double bedsheet of 900 gms & 30*20*3

Product Return Issue - They are denying the claim if seller is right than also

Make sellers under pressure to do 1,00,000 rs. business every month for having a/c manager

Non delivery to seller of return product some of time.
a) High rate of Courier return
b) Brand Infringement
