As all my friends here so experienced here please provide me your feedback about marketplaces it will help new comers a lot.

Please give one positive and one negative* comments from your past experiences  about marketplaces.

Positive - Connects me to Public Demand, I come to know that whether my product is acceptable or not.
Negative - The mediators are not in sync with ground realities, nor do they understand the seriousness of who is sitting across the table.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR VOONIK SELLERS!!! STAY AWAY FROM SELLING ON VOONIK.

i am the ethnicwear seller in voonik.com as we all know voonik is new site and growing fast now a days. but why they are going fast any one knows?
i have joined voonik since 6 months ago. and since that time i notice everything about voonik like returns payment cycles payment deduction. ticket system
i am speaking my own and my other friends experience who are selling on voonik.com

1st thing i want to talking about deduction they deduct -140 for each and every returns which shipped after 24 hrs as per their policy. but any seller have checked that voonik deduct -140 on that products also which is shipped before 24 hrs. as per my experience there are lot of orders which are shipped before 24 hours still they deduct -140 from that order. i had sent signed manifest for all orders many times on ss@voonik.com but no response from seller support. i have doubt that they are tricking the sellers to make money. like make lots of fake orders by they own team or appoint new team to give fake order. and when order got returned they can cut -140 shipping charge. even they deduct full commission with shipping charge for returned order. example : if you sell a product in Rs.1000 if it got return they will deduct about 300 to 350 from sellers payment now all seller calculate by them selves how much bigger this charge is. AND kindly give attention to all your returned orders. as seller all knows voonik gives too much returns. if you send 10 orders then you will receive 6 7 orders return. big returns and big deduction. AND IMPORTANT THEY DEDUCT FULL AMOUNT FROM PAYMENT FOR RETURNED ORDERS WITHOUT MAKING PAYMENT FOR THAT ORDER BEFORE.

2 nd thing is YOU WILL NEVER GET SOLUTION FOR WRONG DEDUCTION OR FOR ANY PROBLEM. THE WORSTEST SELLER SUPPORT IN ALL MARKET PLACE.

they inform seller that reply on same ticket. for any problem but if seller reply on same ticket there shows query replied and resolved create new ticket. ss@voonik.com if seller is lucky than they takes months of to give reply on your ticket else seller don't get any reply. if they by mistake reply they never give satisfied answer.

I APPEAL THE ALL SELLERS WHO SELL ON VOONIK. Please do not sell ON voonik if you dont wan't to minus your money they deduct double charge than our profit. and ALSO DO NOT SELL BLINDLY ON VOONIK ELSE YOU GONE. KEEP UP TO DATE AUDIT IF YOU WANT TO KNOW FRAUD OF VOONIK.

MY ADVICE FOR ALL SELLER THAT SKIP SELLING ON VOONIK TEMPORARY AND MAKE AUDIT, CALCULATE PAYMENTS. WHO HAVEN'T BEFORE. I AM DAMM SURE YOU WILL NEVER SELL ON VOONIK AFTER AUDIT.

you don't have any phone number to communicate with seller. seller are on mercy of the reply from the mail.
