Too Account Put on Pending
Flipkart recently gave us an award for top seller in Lifestyle category.
On their metrics tab we are shown as top seller in Lifestyle category in terms of sale value and quantity.

Still today, Flipkart has put my account on pending by highlighting 26 orders in which customer has claimed that they have received a wrong product.

Whole day was wasted in trying to prove our case to flipkart. No executive came on phone. Those who were there in seller support team did not give us any new update.

We came to know that this is a new trend which has started on flipkart and they are keeping alotnof accounts on hold and are not ready to listen to any seller.

If such an attitude continues, we have no option but to permanently stop sales on Flipkart.

There is no respect for us, and our loss does not pinch them even a smal bit.

Agreed with you Kush. We are being played as puppets. Need to be heard or shall stop them forever.
No help received yet. Not from twitter escalation nor from higher ups. No access to people on mail or phone. Left to a rotten system
