UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES BY FLIPKART

We have submitted 2500 to 3000 order id's from 2015 July to December, Where flipkart has charged us incorrect shipping fee. Escalated the issue to seller grievance team also. But got a very pathetic reply from them as follows.
"Thanks for your time over the call. Further to our telephonic conversation, I'd like to inform you that we would be unable to pay out for weight reversals for orders pertaining to 2015. This is inline with our policy as stated below. Also, to keep you posted that we did try our best to consider this as exception. However, we are unable to take any exception due to system limitations.
Also we would like to inform you that in our terms of use under point number 23 we have mentioned Any discrepancies in weight shall be rectified before final delivery to the customer. No post delivery weight disputes will be taken up by the Logistic Partner.
We are extremely sorry if we were unable to resolve this issue as per your expectations. We do look for your co-operation and understanding in this regard."
My reply

It seems you were in a real hurry to solve this and did not see all the facts and figures.
The policy referred to has been recently implemented by Flipkart, and is not correct for our orders in dispute. The policy enables sellers to enter dimension of products after packaging. This did not exist at the time these orders were processed.
Point 23 also mentions " All orders for which the ' order settlement date ' is on / after June 23 2016, any dispute on amount charged by Flipkart s logistics partner due to inaccurate weighing by them must be raised by seller within 30 days of payment being settled by Flipkart with the seller for the order.
We have raised our issues before this date and before this policy was implemented by Flipkart.
Also please note Flipkart has been settling payments for orders of 2015 in 2016. Then why our pending issues of 2015 not getting resolved.
We have lot of examples of the same. How come such a big organization like Flipkart do such mistakes while processing seller payment and charging incorrect weight slab and mp fee??
Again Gixon is trying to harass us by referring to " terms of use" point 23 without checking the entire term of use point and the date it was implemented on.
I rest my case.

If required can provide many more order ids from 2015 which are still being settled in june 2016.
Then why our other disputed orders not getting rectified.

We must be paid for the disputed orders of 2015, if not then its a pure matter of Fraudulent activity being undertaken by Flipkart to dupe sellers. We do not have any reservations to take these in front various print and media houses, seller forums.
We need to know if Flipkart is going to process our disputed orders or else we will be taking steps to ensure justice is served.

Yes this wrong and incorrect shipping charges charged is a general practice by all the portals.

The reasons may be anything it could be that the vendor may not look into the incorrect shipping charges charged OR it can be purposely done so that the funds remain with them and once the vendor raises this issue and the issue resolves generally which may take 30 to 45 days and thus the fund remains with them OR it can be a mistake from the software which is loss of vendor and gain for the portals.

All this issues can be managed if timely and on a daily basis we keep track of the CSV files downloaded and handled by a good software. i know a company which has some thing ready and on request that can be enhanced and altered to our needs.

URGENT- For all flipkart seller:

We just received a call from Flipkart saying that they did an audit for the shipping charges levied in the month of June 2016 and that they will debit our account with Rs 13500/- for wrong shipping dimensions filled.

We use only one size of box and have filled the same for all orders. Flipkart it seems is out of running cash and needs a donation which it now is charging to sellers one way or another.

The pathetic thing about them is if a seller wants to raise a claim he has to do it within 7-15 days but they can charge us after 4 months.

Simply Put Flipkart should start calling itself Fraudkart at least for sellers.

And they told me that i can raise a case later to get back the money if i want.

Flipkart has deducted a huge sum of money from my settlement account and gave me a very huge loss in my business. I will not sell with flipkart anymore. They cheat again and again by keeping the customer return products and penalized sellers for those orders who were returned, at least the returned products should be handed over to seller but they keep money and products all and closing all the complaints in a very rude manner. stop selling on flipkart. only getting loses from flipkart since day one and increasing loses day by day now become uncontrolable.
if you will participate in diwali sale you will become bankrupt like me because flipkart is eating sellers money fastly and not even listening anything.

is there any procedure to claim my wrongly deducted payment from flipkart, because i already complain so many times via mails and calls but getting very rude replies from them and most of the times thier seller support executives disconnect my calls from their side. It seems that flipkart is collecting funds from the sellers and we are failed to recover our hard earned money from them.

flipkart is start collecting diwali funds for their company and they know very well that you cannot do anything to recover that forfeited amount.

don't plan quit quickly otherwise they will deduct more amount from you without any reason because they are running short of money. first they sell your products to the customers and collect the payment of total invoice amount and after that they hold the amount for approx 15 days and earn very huge interest and after that when its time to get the settlement payout they deduct your hard earned money without any reason and make the payment after deducting totally unfair charges,logistics, penalties, commissions,taxes etc.
