Worst Response by Flipkart Twitter Team
Recently I came to know that there are lots of orders having weight issues in flipkart panel. So i sent them a mail with orders list, and its been almost a month and daily I was getting a mail " we are working on your issue".

Its very troublesome and time wasting work to identify orders with weight issues and then send them to flipkart and beg for the reversal of wrong charges. And that also don't happen without long followups.

So tired of that I posted to Flipkart on Twitter and the reply I got was Worst. Look at the reply from flipkart in the image below.

NOTE: Later after this response on my another tweet @sellonflipkart replied and asked for all details related to those orders and I have sent them. Waiting for the resolution.
