Snapdeal - Seller Ratings gone down without any reason

Hello Guys ,

My Rating was 5/5 but dont know how it came down to 4.2/5

So i raised a Ticket with snapdeal

As per the latest weight change mail some of my supc's weight slab is wrongly changed. These supc's weight is not more than 400 grams and The packaging dimensions are 10x12x2 max. How can it be alloted in weight slab 2? 

Kindly correct the weight slab of these supc's to weight slab 1 again.

Its clearly showing that Quality issue is very less.

But Fastship penalty is 100%. But i ship all orders within 24hrs.

They are answereing like a ROBOTS?

In snapdeal if u ship within 24 hrs consecutively for 5 days and for 1 day if u miss atleast a single order to ship within 24 hrs, the rating will suddenly get affected.
Everybody's rating has gone down when they launched new seller panel

But if You click your seller name on snapdeal portal it will show correct ratings.

Mine is showing as 4.9/5 there.

dnt look into ur rating on ur panel which is coming in rating tab...as executive said that they r working on it as seller panel is new....just want to know ur rating kindly see at below of the dashboard ....

the rating wil affect if there is complain .... below 3 ur account wil be deactivated

I'm getting same weight panle slabs. Most of my products are under 300 grams and the volumetric weights are also under 500 grams but still they are charging me under slab2 and 3.When I asked them to change it they say it's been updated based on the courier invoices they receive from their logistics partner. This is ridiculous. Pls check each and every supc of yours in Snapdeal. They have found a new way of looting us.

Same is the case with me. One of my supc which has a selling price of 300 and does not weigh more than 140 gms is being charged rs.148. Imagine mai kya kamaunga.
