Wrong Claims

Hi

A to Z Claims are filed for the below reasons -

1. Buyer been asked to file a claim by Customer Executive at Amazon
2. ATS Delivered Wrongly
3. Buyer making Unnecessary demands

All the claims have been closed in our favor our resolved without Issue but have badly affected the ratings on Amazon. 

Please advise how to get the same corrected.

Do only FBA on amazon.

No one can do Dropshipment on amazon for long term.

Amazon is 100% customer center company. it is in their vision also.

Avoid dropshipment as it is harmful in long term as they can block your account even.

Only FBA

even i am facing the same problem on a to Z. Amazon needs to look into the same and create a better system

i was faced when customer asked to refund with out returning his product amazon returned all the amount to customer and my product is not yet received to me till now.

How can amazon do this with out discussion with vendors selling online.

Customers have started taking advantage of all these loopholes and its time these companies address this issue before it forces vendors to shut their business with them

Marketplaces are creating their "credibility" on sellers/vendors money.
Why don't they self fund "returns/refunds" and deactivate sellers with high number of return/refund claims and make their marketplace a heaven for buyers!

MP's charge commission+selling fees which is on an average about 13 to 20%, Just check on the amount you have paid to these MP's last year.
