PayTM Ordering not to use Uniware-Unicommerce
#1
Hello,

Today we got mail from paytm ordering us not to use unicommerce-uniware for our order and inventory management.

First of all we are a seller on paytm and paytm is only a commission agent. The data or sales data of our seller account is ours, not paytm's. They are only a commission agent and they shuld remain only a commission agent.

If we don't use Uniware how we will manage orders and inventory? If we get orders which products are not in our inventory then who will be responsible for that? Will paytm not charge penalties for those cases?

Kindly share your views.

Quote:Hello,

We have observed, that some of our partners have been using the Uniware / Unicommerce panel for managing their business with Paytm. This implies disclosure of confidential Paytm related information or data to a third party (Unicommerce eSolutions Pvt. Ltd. in this case).

We would like to inform you that Paytm does not support Unicommerce in any way. Using its services or products for managing your business with us, is strictly prohibited.

If we find any of our partners using Unicommerce services, we would take strict action including but not limited to imposing penalties or blocking the concerned partner entirely.

If you have any queries or concerns, click on the Support tab on the top right of the Seller Panel.
Regards,
Merchant Training Team - Paytm

Our company has a policy, we do not consider websites without Uniware or similiar synchronisers as a standard marketplace.

We do not work with such companies.

Cant ask our employees to use 2-3 systems and then breach SLA.

Very tough to work without such systems.
