Reverse Courier Charges
Can any one explain the logic to charge the reverse courier charges ? 1. We do not select the buyer _ 2. We are bound to send the product to the buyer, the ecomm site indicates to; otherwise we are penalized _ 3. The courier agency is selected / belongs to the ecomm site. _ 4. We are not in a position to influence the customer decision_ _ _ and a lot the likes. How we are responsible for the returns and courier charges thereon ? Can any one explain this ?
from these reverse courier charges ..... they make money ...... as they give lot of fake orders to sellers to fulfill it

as soon as u recd a mail for return initiate .... u can contact to ss by seeing wht reason and comment given by customer in 95% of cases ... the return reason and comment by the customer wil not match .... and than u hve a valid reason .. for not charging reverse courier charges and MP Fees
Snapdeal is famous for fake orders an average 15-20% returns are fake on snapdeal in a month. Sellers like me who are selling products large in size has to pay 300-400 courier charges when returned to seller.
