Returns in Snapdeal
In last 3-4 months i have observed that number of Customer returns have gone up by about 100% and the worst part about returns in that consumers are returning wrong/incomplete products. Costumers have started ordering a particular product use it for month and then order a fresh piece from different website and return the old product to the new one saying that they have received a used product. Snapdeal doesnt accept any claim stating that customer had received wrong product. What should one do in this case?

there is nothing that can be done. I reduced my exposure on snapdeal in 2014 exactly because of this reason.
Just consider all these as a part and parcel of ecom business and take this in your costings.
Reduce your exposure on online business and divulge it to less exposed business.
Brick Shops or offline business will always Win ..

I have left sucking or Self.Fu***ing Online selling on CluelessShop after making more than 50k..loss and counting
Now completly Looking after my beautiful Physical Shop....
