How to encourage buyers to post Feedback

Hi

It must have been observed that out of thousands of orders that we ship, we end up receiving feedback from the dissatisfied customers only, which leads to worsening of Rating! While thousands of Satisfied customers never bother to leave a rating.

So Suggestions invited on how to encourage buyers to post and leave feedbacks and rating?

You should put a card with each order which says please give us your feedback and give the customers reasons why feedback is required. Just like on youtube, in the end they say karo like, comment ya share. This will be expensive, but few reviews will surely start coming in.

WE HAVE STARTED PUTTING CARDS INSIDE THE SHIPMENT AND WE CAN SEE THE RESULT
